コメントありがとうございます。製造元のエッペルスハイム社によるとソプリロが正式名称で、ピッコロサックスという記述はみられません。ピッコロサックスはソプリロの通称？愛称？と言ったところでしょうか。指しているものは同じだと思われます。
Я думаю что это одно и тоже. Просто называется по - разному. Ещё называют сопраниссимо (sopranissimo)...)))

サックスは短いほどピッチ取るのが難しいって聞きますが、ソプリロはやっぱり相当難しいのでしょうか？
コメントをありがとうございます。そうですね、初期のころは音が高すぎて脳内でイメージするのが大変でしたし、運指も他のサクソフォンとは異なるのでかなり苦労しました。今は、音程と音のつながりを考えて、運指を開発している感覚を楽しんでします。

オクターブキーを押したラ以上は、通常の運指だと、とんでもない音階になってしまうのです😂
